Join us at Holy Names University to hear about the global water crisis and ways that we all can contribute to building people-to-people partnerships based on mutual respect and intercultural learning in order to help provide clean water to isolated communities throughout the world.
WaterBridge Outreach: Books + Water focuses on donating books in English and local languages and funding clean water and sanitation projects in communities and villages in the developing world. Waterbridge Outreach seeks to promote empathy, multicultural literacy, and development that will make a long-term impact – one book and one water project at a time, while building effective partnerships with local communities.
FREE and open to the public. Click here for information on and directions to the Valley Center for the Performing Arts at Holy Names University. For additional inquiries, contact Prof. Chiho Sawada (firstname.lastname@example.org).
